As long as it's not the tribute act Led Zep who play in Rockers! :(

The Who, Thin Lizzy and Led Zeppelin are the staple diet of Planet Rock though and it's time they looked for some new acts (or even actual classic rock acts).

I agree totally. For a rock station their output is extremely narrow (Sounds like a student union jukebox around about 1988) for the most part and their repetitive advertisements are extremely annoying to the point where even though it is the station I am most likely to listen to, I can only dip in once or twice a week. And who is Joe Bonamassa? How many plugs a day does that guy get?

I partly agree with that - there is far too much Who, Lizzy and Zep but I would suggest that they are "actual" classic rock acts.

At least Planet Rock aren't playing Simple Minds, U2 and other indie-student pop like 96.3 and claiming that it's "classic" rock!
